I had a great experience at the dealership. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend the dealership to others. Even got to have a great conversation with the owner of the dealership! (positive comments about my vehicle was a plus!)

Well coming from being a mechanic and working in dealerships i have seen a lot and i have to say right out of the gate the service manager was amazing. Running around crazy as he was only one there that day but did amazing job. I have not been to the dealership in a long time but I was treated as I was a regular customer. He explained everything to me so I understood what he was talking about. As I sat waiting for my truck I watch and listened to him interacting with the other customers and what an amazing job he did. As far as the mechanic goes job well done there to. Knowing right away i really only wanted a diagnosis. Even though he works flat rate he took the time to really try and find the root of my problems. He then took the time to explain and show me exactly what he believes the problem is. A+ there as well. I have to say the whole process from setting up appointment to paying my bill was as good as it could have been. Thank you again
